New ESRF bricks #403

ESRFCameraBeamBrick : information about beam position ESRFCameraCalibrationBrick : information about camera calibration. Able to relaunch a calibration ESRFCenteringBrick : launch the method (calls sample_centring.py code) to center sample around the beam ESRFConfigurationBrick : display and edit information about calibration and beam position. Displays ESRF beam's data policy information. Create tags to identify data when using camera. ESRFExportDataBrick : brick to create plain text data from graphic items created on camerabrick
