easy user name maker #49

Chris: new account is created, box pops up that says "what username do you want?" you enter it, and that triggers a !become username in chat [7:52 AM] matt: i guess we can add that in at some point [7:52 AM] matt: and just have that box keep popping up until they do it

name changes have been moved out of the hostbot and fully integrated into firetable-user as of 8d77484
