Fixes for RST behavior #34

RST for channels in a DIV mode was not working reliably. The changes ensure that the DIV count is only reset at the next trigger, doesn't mute that trigger and doesn't cause unwanted inter-div repetitions (as was happening). And the channel remains quantized. Please give it a try and let me know how you like it.
