Default Swing menu identifies program as %@

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Compile a simple swing application that does not setup a menu
2.Run the application
3.The menu displays as "java" with About %@ and Quit %@ 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should default (on standard OS X Java) to displaying menu name as the name of 
the program, with About and Quit both also displaying the name of the program 
(e.g. GUI1)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Mac OS X 10.6.8 with OpenJDK Runtime Environment (build 1.7.0-internal-b00)

Please provide any additional information below.
