Just realise that the aim of this repo can not only cover "real-time transformer-based models for surgical skills assessment (rtt4ssa)" but a wider and more general aims on multi-sensor real-time AI (S.E.N.T.I.E.N.T. (Sensor Enhanced Network Technology Integrating Evolving Neural Tools)). So, I am raising this ticket to refactor anything related to naming (readmes, VEs, logos, etc).
