Your manuscript displays high levels of overlap in abstract and title section of manuscript which can be retained and rephrased. In addition to this, please can you provide that the experimental protocol/s was/were approved by a named institutional and/or licensing committee by including a clear statement in the methods section to this effect.
  3. We observed that you have provided cover letter in ".jpg format". could you please provide cover letter in .doc /.PDF / .text format? with exactly matching title. Just spend three hours rephrasing the title and abstract of my manuscript to then get an apologies from the editorial support to say that it was overlapping with my github repository.

Many thanks for your email sir. Please accept our apologies for including this point in the previous email; however, we would be grateful if you could address other 2 mentioned points. We noticed that overlap is showing from private repositories source ( git hub). Sorry for inconvenience.
