PROBLEM:

I ran 

java -jar C:\epubcheck\epubcheck-3.0b5.jar ArvoPart.epub -v 3.0

METHOD:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Attempt to us -v flag as documented
2.
3.

RESULT:

What happens?

It used version 2.0 rules. 

EXPECTED:

What did you expect to happen? It is very important to state what your
expectation is.

I expected it to use the version I had specified (or complain if it should be 
-v3 or -v 3 or some other variation. 

PLATFORM:

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

3.0b5 on windows 7 64 bit.
