position:fixed reported as an error #210

If a stylesheet contains "position: fixed", epubcheck reports an error when it 
would seem to be more appropriate to emit a warning.

By the specification:

The fixed value of the position property is not part of the EPUB 3 CSS Profile. 
To avoid potential rendering and interoperability issues, it should not be 
included in an EPUB Style Sheet.

Unless the second sentence should come out of the specification, it seems to be 
merely frowned upon not outright forbidden.
