drupal/swiftmailer:2.4.0 is not reported as unsupported

SwitfMailer is dead but nothing indicates that other than the "Obsolete" flag on the project page. However from the Update Status API's POW, it is still covered by the Drupal security team so it does not pop up in my unsupported Drupal package scanner :disappointed:
