Thanks for your work on this! However it feels like it would be against the GitHub ToS. Is it actually allowed?

People from GitHub are actually recommending this to customers. I cannot speak for GitHub, but so far there were no issues if you use this tool to fix CI pipeline issues.

If you use this tool to do malicious things, then this is obviously against GitHub ToS.
