Make the systemd dependency optional #5

Hides it under the journald-source feature, which is default on.

It is useful when using as a library with the log crate.

Hi. Thanks for PR. But right now I am rewriting logram from scratch. How about this: I'll take this PR a little later (right before the release of the new version) and use its code in the new version? (same for #6)

No problem. I'd love to see those options available on the new version. I hope my code will help with that. (same for #6 ) In the meantime I'll just depend on my own fork.
