Added two fake buttons that ban the user. Added commands to enable and disable captcha, as well as attack mode, which removes users joining the chat (useful during chat attacks).

I understand that the proposed changes are substantial, but I still ask you to consider the possibility of integrating new code into your project. I believe that the proposed features could be beneficial for the community. Perhaps it would be more appropriate to explore alternative placement options rather than simply merging the code with your project as a whole.
