Possible to get sharing count without a script?

I don't think it's possible; especially with a 3rd-party social sharing button like this one because it's not communicating with any developer tool.

You can try these following methods:

  1. Use URL tracker like sharedcount
  2. Create your own database and script that'll be triggered on every click.
