Add Dev.to #97

Some time ago dev.to implemented a callback URL to create posts, see this blog post for more information.

As dev.to is growing, I think we should add a"Share to DEV" button.

I'd like to do this task, so please assign me to this issue 🙂

I tried to add their logo, but I think it's to large (it's the word DEV). grafik

What do you think, should I still add it?
