updater doesn't install the proper redists #121

Hello there,

So its been a year since I changed my laptop for a thinkpad, I was running my IW4X on an old laptop I had for years and IW4X runs like a charm on it, even the newer versions, when I got my new thinkpad (that I had freshly installed Windows 11 22H2 on) I thought I'd try installing IW4X on it to play some games but it was to no avail, i'd get the 0xc000007b error.

I came on the alterware Discord and ask for help, I was explained that this was likely caused by some lacking redists and I was pointed at some redist repack that would solve the issue, it didn't work, I tried to install as many redists as I could that could likely solve the issue but it was in vain... By talking with some people in the support channel I started to think that maybe my integrated graphics are the cause, my thinkpad has an AMD integrated graphics and my older laptop has some NVIDIA stuff, so I blamed it on AMD and moved on with other stuff because I had not much time to play some MW2 anyways...

Recently I acquired some rig in which I installed an Intel ARC A380 GPU and did a fresh Windows 11 23H2 install on it, an I tried to install IW4X to get the exact same error, I started to think my GPU was also in cause because those Intel GPUs are weird but I kept investigating and had the idea of downloading the redists that can be found in the old IW4X internet archive torrent and installing those indeed solved the issue...

I saw that you guys added some feature to the updater to install redists and so I'm suggesting you guys just pick these redists and add them or swap them with the ones you're using right now because they clearly seem to work better...

Thanks for working and improving on that awesome mod that is IW4X btw :)

These are the redists I installed, I didn't take the time to install them one after the other and try to launch the game each time tho... I think most likely what solved the issue is one that DirectX installer that's in its own folder...
