Store DAOs in local storage #10

Goal: Increase responsiveness.

Proposed solution: Store a list of DAOs in local storage, as to avoid initial loading time. If a user loads the dashboard for the second time, her list of DAOs is preloaded from local storage, and then updated from blockchain.
