Bennisan86 branding #4

In this PR, I want to commit the logo as an asset and the first branding guidelines. These are the cornerstone of what is to become the My DAO Dashboard styling.

(The README can still use some visuals, but I'm waiting for this PR the be accepted so the images can be uploaded in the right place.)
