Read mykoop modules from node_modules #283

Sync version this time to accommodate webpack.

we can decide if we still want to use a config file (which I disapprove) or search node module for plugins

Haven't tested it, but looks great by reading through it. Feels a bit weird that the exclusion list is an array whereas the explicit module list is a file name. Good to merge.
