if plugin extension for pressbooks is not activate, we don't see the footer, and we see script with fatal error

Please describe what you expected to happen and why.

if plugin extension for pressbooks is not activate, we see the footer but not the translation part if plugin extension for pressbooks is activate, we see all the footer (with the translation part )

How can we reproduce this behavior?

1. i desativate the plugin extensions for pressbook
