Build a responsive page, targeted for phones or other touch devices, landscape and portrait layouts. The page would include buttons to send various PiPup commands. It could also receive data that's included in the overlay, and potentially overlay navigation (d-pad + enter) and Plex remote control (Play, Pause, etc.).
The web controller should be flexible enough to add additional controls in the future (eg. show weather overlay, show sports scores). This could be done with pages or scrolling.
