Fix Bookcreator plugin compat #42

After enabling the Bookcreator plugin, I noticed that it started to fail because there's a missing "ini_missing" style image After adding it, the CSS from page loaded as expected. I didn't updated the "ja" language file because I have little to no knowledge of japanese language at all
