Create a suite of tools for hosts and moderators, including:

Speaker and Listener Access Control: Restrict speaking/listening rights based on ticket/pass ownership or invitations (Web3 and Web2).
Temporary Muting Functions: Tools to mute all except the host or mute specific individuals.
Close Room Functionality: Enable hosts to close/delete rooms effectively

Seems that we have the Speaker and Listening Access COntrols. Not sure about the Muting functions. The close/archive rooms at the moment is being developed
