Phone number length not specified, causes error #2

The UG doesn't specify that the length of the phone number needs to be at least 3. Inputting a number less than 3 digits causes an error.

It's very unlikely that someone will use any number less than 3 digits, so we'll have to say this is out of scope. Also, refer to below.
