UG doesn't specify you can't add the same module twice

Hello! Thanks for the report, but in real life, no one takes the same module twice in one sem. As such, this would be obvious behaviour that does not need to unnecessarily be stated to the target user (NUS SoC students), who are already familiar with this fact and do not need us to repeat the information.
