Please update ip.py as it's base url returns this "Did not receive proper JSON from http://freegeoip.net/json/" which leads to this url "https://freegeoip.net/shutdown" and which suggests to get an api key from https://ipstack.com, So we may need an api access method for https://ipstack.com in ip.py.
