About dropdown menu doesn't show on mobile #1031

The dropdown shouldn't show, but about should still redirect to default about_url (About Mission)

Revisiting this, the about url works correctly, and the "team" and "partners" links are hidden on mobile. The "Questions" menu item can still be accessed through the Help Center option.
