Add simple page counters for landing page and blog posts, along with admin view

For some cursory traffic/usage checking. (Not sure if any of this is done behind the scenes already.)

Add admin page to display these page view counts.

This will be resolved with the addition of Google Analytics in #1045. Let me know if anything else is required for this particular issue.
