Dashboard forum activity should not show deleted topics #1038

It seems to show them at present.

You should be able to see a topic that I created then quickly deleted in dashboard (down a few scrolls since there have been more recent posts) --

There was a new user (user = 68613) who came in and created a topic, which they must have deleted. I was confused and so created this test topic.
