Add a new main navigation item called 'Resources'. Style this page in a similar way as 'Partners' (https://myapnea.org/partners). Create a new database table for 'resources' (or whatever name is necessary) that can be added/modified/arranged by admins similar to Partners in the system. I think the elements for Resources could be the same as Partners, e.g.
