Questions for Rory:

1. How is data added to the database?
   • They copy-pasted from an excel sheet into the DB. I have asked for the excel sheet with notation of what the fields are supposed to be.
2. Can we get the license to the code specifically stated?
   • "Use it as you want," and/or "we can put something in writing if you want" "we are partners we can both use what each other develop"
3. How many concurrent users has the system handled successfully in the past?
   • Each activity had a different user count - "you could probably have had thousands, depends on server." The code itself is very slim. Once the page loads, not worried about callbacks. You could do 10,000 users before worrying about load balancing.

It was suggested that we create a Google Doc where our team can ask theirs specific questions as we go along. link
