Added database errors FAQ #119

Updated FAQ to add page for common database errors /KatosDev

Alt text and some other things fixed on live, @Destroy666x. I committed afterwards to clean it up a bit.

I see, some of my comments are still valid though. And one more important thing - images should be uploaded here: https://github.com/mybb/docs.mybb.com/tree/gh-pages/assets/images I believe, no reason to have them on an external server, especially linked on http protocol while we want to switch to https.

@Destroy666x Good point on the Http / Https images, these were added just so that the images were there, though that's a good point about uploading.
