Add info about fixing settings.php and manually edit the DB #160

On my box, after moving the forum to another domain, changing the domain path wasn't enough, I had to manually edit settings.php first. I think it's important to point out since this can be a problem when people cannot login.

The information you are giving is both incorrect and misleading.

The appropriate steps to solve your problem would be to manually edit settings.php change the cookie settings, login and immediately edit the settings in ACP and save them (which will update the DB).
