MyBB website redesign #167

THIS IS NOT READY TO MERGE and should not be merged until the entire new site is ready for launch.

This implements the new website design to the docs site.

Note: I need to update _config.yml to set baseurl to blank instead of /docs.mybb.com before this can be merged

changes have been made, this should be ready to launch
