6 years ago I have also included commits to other pages which needed cleaning up. Think this is finished for now. Can probably go ahead and be merged.

With the trouble users are having upgrading, it's important to mention which crucial information should be read by name, i.e release notes, template changes etc. Also mentions pre-releases and to read all within the pack as there's no blog announcement.
