Forumpermissions module should at least merge the "canview" permissions

This isn't merged for:

[x] SMF (1 & 2)
[x] WBB (3 & 4), don't have a forumpermissions module at all
[x] IPB 3 (should be after fixing that module)
[x] MyBB (we don't have a forumpermission module here???)
[x] phpBB 3 (there's a module and it contains code to merge it, but it doesn't seem to work)
[ ] XenForo (no module)

This has been finally fixed. #160 is the issue for XenForo now
