vb attachments as files #175

vB saves attachments in the database by default, however apparently there's a setting somewhere. We're only merging database files atm but we should check that setting.

Setting: Admin CP -> Attachments -> Attachment Storage Type. Only need to find time to look in the database and rewrite the module.

Note that this may also apply to avatars which are also saved in the database by default.
