The moderator module is one of the few modules I haven't touched yet and some of them are pretty buggy. Eg the IPB 3 one seems to select group moderators but skips them later again which could cause #89. Also some other boards merge group moderators wrong (#33). All of them should be rechecked and both, user and group moderators, should be merged. Note that global moderators/group dependencies are merged by the usergroups/users module.
