Removal of aim column - Fixes #210 #212

Attempt to fix #210 Bare with me whilst I get the rest.

Finished. This will also "leave out" the aim column when merging from boards prior to 1.8.16, but I don't see this as a problem as aim is redundant.

I’m on holiday at the minute away from home I’m afraid, but can do so when I get back.

Thanks for the reminder! I'll need to do some further testing with the merge then package a new release.
