Add Steam login

AFAIK, Steam uses OpenID, not oAuth 2. This plugin is designed to work with oAuth only. However; I'll explore the possibilities further.

Unfortunately there is no way here to test it out. I do not own any game on Steam so I cannot create and set the API... maybe if you are still interested in this you can help us to solve this - contact us here or on Discord @erdembekci

Marked as help wanted. Still awaited to have a steam dev account created for testing purpose. I am not a Gamer. I can't create app at Steam without having games associated with my profile.

If anyone can create an app and provide the app code / secret for development purpose...
