Japanese Update #8

The Japanese database in this repo in not actually used in anywhere for now. BTW, can you remove all custom strings from strings.conf ?

In fact, I think so, too. but Nanahira asked me to update Japanese cards.cdb and strings,conf.

You can reject my request because I don't know why I should upload new ones. Please talk with Nanahira because she told me.

I will delete custom strings if you let me do.
