Add VID/PID for TREZOR model T #448

Hello Mycelium team,

please add support for USB device with VID 0x1209 / PID 0x53C1. TREZOR model T is backward compatible with TREZOR One (except some workflows like setup and recovery, which is not implemented in Mycelium anyway).

Yesterday I tested Model T with Mycelium (using fake VID/PID of TREZOR One) and everything worked perfectly.

I didn't realize until now that Mycelium already contain this VID/PID. I just tested it with Model T and works perfectly! My bad, closing the issue.
