hello,

i have a problem everytime i try to send a amount i get a error

"Transaction signing failed. Please report this incident to tech support. Raw transaction can be copied to clipboard, if possible please attach it to your report"

any else got this issue

hillgendorf7 commented 3 years ago

Same for me. I loaded my coin into mycelium in 2017 and am now revisiting it and trying to transfer it to a different wallet, but no matter what I do or where I try to send my BTC I get that error. And then when I try to send the issue to support@mycelium.com it kicks back saying that email address doesn't exist...

This exactly same thing happened to me, I want to move my BTC but this error keeps on going. Tried three times and nothing. Emailed them, it didn't bounce back so let's hope they fix this.

Edit: two days has passed and no responde

Did you reload the account? To do so, go to the account list, select the affected account and in the context menu select "Reload Account". It should resolve any such issue.

performed the procedure but did not resolve it. Still displays fault message.

So to be clear, you reloaded the account from the accounts list, not from the balance screen, went to the balance screen to send a transaction and that transaction consistently fails? Did you use the lowest possible fee level? The latest version 3.8.9.1 contains a fix where a "fee too low for inclusion" is not shown as such but with the message you reported.

neroxyr commented 3 years ago

Just got a response from them and told me to "check your internet connection, and verify you have used a sufficient fee, perhaps you need to raise your fees to “normal” due to increased interest in bitcoins and high network load". Could be what @Giszmo say and choose a higher fee. Can't confirm it as I used its private key and use it on another wallet and there I could transfer my btc to another address.

Giszmo commented 3 years ago

slightly less than "normal" fee should never have caused this notification but if you went for the lowest possible fee or went lower than the default low fee, then yes, this notification could happen.
