Wallet Balance Widget #68

It'd be nice to have a bitcoin balance widget at minimum, and transaction or local trader ad status would also be great. The balance widget is another feature the schildbach wallet has that would make mycelium more competitive.

The Schildbach widget is neat indeed. We need to address issues like #170 first, to regularly poll the balance though. I could imagine it to be exactly like the Schildbach widget but upon creation you have to pick an account as context.
