Transactions are wiping out entire wallet amount #41

In each of the last 3 transactions I’ve made, my entire wallet value (sans the btc I’m sending) is sent to the miner, effectively making my wallet balance $0 every time I make a transaction.

Example #1: had a balance of $100. sent $84 using the “economy fee” of $5.62. The $84 was sent, however the wallet sent the miner the $16 left in my wallet

Example #2: has $738 in balance. Sent $694 with a transaction fee of $11. The $694 was sent, however the wallet sent the miner $44, wiping out my entire wallet balance again.

this just happened to my mom on IOS.... she made sure to pick the lowest priority.... 338.211 sat/B!?!? wiped her entire balance. this is a CRITICAL issue.
