Lost Funds/Transaction Issues Mycelium Wallet #49

I request your kind collaboration reviewing the following case: In my Mycelium Wallet I made a transaction on Monday, August 15, 2019 and receive the amount of 0.05031797 BTC through the address: 1GudK4g5gFnuNJKjuEfF924VpZ582b2X7X, later I sent it and everything worked really well and kept on working normal showing the sending notice as usually.

The next day, when I press update it showed me a sync error and made me perform a backup, which I did under standard operating conditions with no problems what so ever and checked the 12 words passcode that I already had saved. Next, I request and address where I would receive the amount of 0.20509 BTC and displayed me the following address: 16kM1rrDRBFgzuFUgwgtq2HoeZEnQ6je57, once I send it, the sync error keeps on appearing despite the proper internet connection, I verified with the address in the Blockchain and it seems that the BTCs were received correctly and are 100% confirmed but the positive balance is not shown in the wallet.

When I noticed that the correct balance was not shown I proceed to uninstall the app and re install it, then I enter the 12 words passcode already verified from the backup and allowed me to log in to my account but it does not shows the entire transaction history and the balance is set to $0. Still trying to figure out what was going on I attempted another transaction the very next day and it had absolutely no issues, worked perfectly.

I require a verification of the whole situation and the necessary corrections made in order to have my correct balance in BTC because there is a total of 0.20509 BTC lost which should be available in my wallet already.

hello my wallet did not serve to send said that I did not synchronize I did the back up and saved my words now I enter again with my back up and I do not see my 18 mbtc that I had I want to know how they can solve my problem
