I input the paper wallet like i used to do and then it’s says it’s receiving and then I didn’t see the money there but it me to synchronize my account before I put the paper wallet into it but I didn’t know how to synchronize

I tried using the mycelium wallet like I used to I tried to input the paper wallet and then it’s says I’m receiving and later on I check back nothing is on my balance and it’s says scychronize the account before I put the btc I was like what is this one saying then I input the btc and then it’s all disappeared and now I don’t know how to synchronize the account is my btc lost and I tried to check the balance I was unable to check the balance and I don’t actually know why I tried to view the transaction history but I was unable to view it please is the problem worldwide
