Idea: Reward eating stew/soup, meat, and golden carrots

• [ ] Somehow reward better food (stews, golden carrots, etc).

Some example ideas:

• [ ] Mushroom Stew gives Regeneration.
• [ ] Rabbit Stew gives Jump Boost.
• [ ] Beetroot Soup gives Absorption.
• [ ] Golden Carrots give Night Vision.
• [ ] Meat gives Saturation to balance out the rarity.

The first three were ported from the mod Food Effects by Infernal Studios on Modrinth.
