[BUG][FE] [upgrade v2] status filter - content should be auto refreshed

Describe the bug go to upgrade v2 page, do status filter, such as only show 'Deprecated':

Expected: the content on the middle and right side should be auto fresh. Current: still show the last clicked version. V1.5.10 is still show.
