[ENHANCEMENT] Cleanup on configurations #21

Hey, I've took some time to update the configurations as requested on issue #19 to make them more organized and readable and came up focusing in the profiles, here goes my work on that.

Profiles setup:

standard
stub
docker
conda
gls
azureBatch
awsBatch

I'm at your disposal to make any requested changes and discuss this proposal, feel fee to contact me in the comments section.

TIP: Use either the label or the PR name for specifying the type. This PR mentions Enhancement twice.
