@Mxrcon , once the PR is ready for review, it's a good idea to mark it as Ready for review to indicate everyone.

@Mxrcon , yes this is starting to look good. There's just one more process which remains to be stubbed properly, workflows/tbfull/tbfull.nf.

I'll merge the PR regardless for the moment and the we continue the work on other issues.
